Returns & Refunds
Supply Hub accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and returned with original packaging and included accessories.
To request a return, contact supplyhubcenter@gmail.com before sending an item back. Include your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue. Approved defective or incorrect-item claims may be replaced or refunded.
For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after issuance depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Some items may be ineligible for return for health, hygiene, safety, personalization, final-sale, or other reasons stated on the product page or required by law.
